This page used to be a condominium building file called “LTD Edition 2505,” with condo amenities, dues and Turtle Creek comparables. That framing was wrong, and we have removed it.
The Dallas Central Appraisal District 2026 certified roll lists 2505 Turtle Creek Blvd as a single commercial account (001018001201A0000). The property is named Vivante Turtle Creek – Senior Assisted Living, building class “senior citizen housing,” with 164 units on 20 stories and a two-level parking garage, built in 2025. The roll shows no individual condominium unit accounts.
Dallas Towers covers condominium buildings, and a senior-living building held on one commercial account falls outside that scope. It no longer has a building file here and has been removed from the hub pages. This page stays up so the correction is on the record. See the changelog.
