Dues sweep + city pages rebuilt Aug 2026

Numeric dues rates added for seven more buildings - Twenty-One Turtle Creek ($0.88/sf, consistent across three 2026 listing disclosures), 3525 Turtle Creek, and the Claridge listing-verified; Live Oak, Grand Treviso, Lake Cliff, and Lone Star derived from previously verified monthly ranges and labeled approximate. Carrying-cost panels now render on each. Dallas and Fort Worth city pages rebuilt from the dataset, replacing early placeholder cards and unverified district statistics with county-computed medians and working links.

Dallas CAD 2026 certified roll processed in full: certified unit counts, sizes, values, and homestead rates on 50 buildings. Collin and Denton rolls swept; Windrose Tower removed as leased (correction #17); the Lakeside Tower county puzzle documented.

Corrections 1-16 Jul 2026

Duplicates merged, six rentals pruned, two ghost buildings removed, districts corrected (Sorrento to Preston Hollow), years corrected against county record (Crestpark 1950), and the Colonnade found under its true spelling.
