This file previously listed Main 7 as a boutique condominium building in Downtown Fort Worth, with Fort Worth tax and comparable-building details. That was wrong. We have removed those details.
The Tarrant Appraisal District 2026 roll shows Main 7 as the Main 7 Townhome Addition: 53 townhome lots plus common-area lots, on W Main St, Thornton St, W Abram St and Garden Ct W in Arlington, TX 76013. The homes were built 2021–2023. Each townhome is its own platted lot, not a condominium unit.
Dallas Towers covers condominium buildings in Dallas and Fort Worth. A townhome subdivision in Arlington is outside this registry, so Main 7 has no building file here and isn't listed on the hub pages. This page stays up so the correction is on the record. See the changelog.
