Thirty-nine accounts in two buildings § 01
Tarrant Appraisal District’s 2026 residential file lists 39 residential accounts under Residences of Museum Place Condos. By situs, 22 are at 3320 Camp Bowie Blvd and 17 at 3333 Darcy St. The legal descriptions split them a little differently, into Building 1 (19 units, numbered 1101–1110 and 1201–1210, with no 1203) and Building 2 (20 units, 2101–2110 and 2201–2210); three Building 2 units, 2204 through 2206, carry the Camp Bowie address.
Two more records under the same legal name are not homes. An office unit at 3320 Camp Bowie with 1.09% of the common area, owned by an LLC, and the common-area parcel are each valued at $1, and both are left out of the 39. This is a different regime from One Museum Place at 3100 W 7th St, which has its own file. No allowed source gives a floor count or developer, so both are blank.
Accounts: Tarrant Appraisal District data downloads, PropertyData(Delimited)_R 2026 (file dated Oct 3, 2026), legal “RESIDENCES OF MUSEUM PLACE CONDOS”; class A for homes, class C1 for the two $1 records.
Values and the 2026 change § 02
TAD’s 2026 values for the 39 homes run from $107,000 to $450,258, with a median of $263,247 and half the accounts between $246,337 and $376,500. That is about $274 per square foot of living area at the median. The low end is unusually low: unit 1109, an 815 sf home, is valued at $107,000, while the two 815 sf units in Building 2 are valued at $246,337 each. The top value is unit 1209 at 1,546.5 sf.
Matched by account number against TAD’s 2025 file, 22 values were held, 16 lowered and 1 raised for 2026; the median change was zero, and the 39 accounts’ combined value fell 4.9%. Owner tax mail goes to one of the two building addresses on 22 of the 39 accounts. The public file carries no exemption codes for these accounts, so this page makes no homestead claim.
Only two deeds are dated since August 1, 2025, both at 3333 Darcy (May 26 and August 27, 2026); none of the Camp Bowie accounts has a deed in that window. Every account’s latest deed is from September 2016 or later. TAD records appraisals and deed dates; Texas is a non-disclosure state, so sale prices aren’t published.

Sizes and shares of the common area § 03
Living areas run from 815 to 1,546.5 sf, with a median of 1,044 sf. The most common size is 1,486 sf, on seven accounts, six of them at Camp Bowie; 815, 862, 891 and 1,546.5 sf each appear four times. The Darcy St homes run smaller, with a median of 954 sf against 1,461 sf on Camp Bowie.
Each legal description also carries the unit’s share of the common area, from 1.56% to 3.17%, shares that condominium declarations commonly use to allocate assessments and votes; confirm how this one does. TAD’s residential file does not report bedrooms or baths for these accounts, so ask for the plan of any unit you consider.

A 1999 build year, a 2015 declaration § 04
TAD dates every home to 1999. The condominium documents are much newer: the Condominium Declaration for the Residences of Museum Place Condominiums was recorded on or about August 21, 2015 as Tarrant County Clerk’s file D215188615. A First Amendment was recorded as D216062489 and re-recorded as D216078159, and a Second Amendment as D216241311.
No document opened for this file explains what the buildings were between 1999 and 2015, and this page does not call them a conversion. The earliest latest-deed on the roll, from September 2016, fits a regime whose homes were first sold after the 2015 declaration. Ask the association for the building’s history and any reserve study.
Declaration and amendments as listed in the 2022 management certificate (Tarrant D222069724); declaration date confirmed in the 2025 certificate (D225069266).
The association and SBB Management § 05
The current certificate was recorded April 21, 2025 as Tarrant County D225069266. It names Residences of Museum Place Condominium Association, Inc., in care of SBB Management Company, LLC, 12801 N. Central Expressway, Suite 1401, Dallas, with dedicatory instruments on sbbmanagement.com. It was filed under Section 209.004 of the Property Code, the property-owners’-association statute, and signed by SBB’s managing agent on March 25, 2025.
The fee schedule lists a $375 resale certificate, a $340 transfer fee, a $75 update, rush delivery at $75 to $360 depending on speed, and a $20 amenity-device deactivation fee. It replaced a 2022 certificate (D222069724) filed under the condominium statute, which named PMI Alliance of Flower Mound as manager and 3320 Camp Bowie as the condominium’s location. No assessment rate appears in either, so dues stay blank.
Texas HOA registry: Residences of Museum Place Condominium Association, Inc. (2025) and the superseded 2022 certificate; opened Oct 3, 2026.
Taxing units and tradeoffs § 06
All 39 accounts carry TAD city code 026 (City of Fort Worth) and school code 905 (Fort Worth ISD), with Tarrant County taxes. Check FWISD’s school locator for the assigned campuses.
Residences of Museum Place suits a buyer who wants a Cultural District home at a county value well below the area’s newer towers, with a choice between the smaller Darcy St plans and the larger Camp Bowie ones. The tradeoffs are on the record. Turnover is very thin, with two deeds in about fourteen months, none at Camp Bowie. The 1999 structure predates the 2015 condominium documents by sixteen years, so building systems may be older than the regime. And because TAD publishes no bedroom counts or exemptions here, more of the homework falls to the buyer.
