Everything structured on this site — 89 buildings with districts, eras, current unit-account counts, size ranges, assessed-value medians, homestead rates, and deed-transfer tempo — is published as a single JSON file under CC BY 4.0. Journalists, researchers, and builders: take it, cite "Dallas Towers" with a link, and tell us what you find.
Provenance & limits § 02
County fields aggregate every residential unit tax account per building from the Dallas CAD 2026 certified roll (certified July 2026); other fields come from named published sources documented on each building's page. Texas is a non-disclosure state, so no sale prices exist in any public dataset — including this one. Assessed values trail market. Errors: tell us and watch the changelog.
