What we collect § 01
Dallas Towers collects one thing: the email address you give us when you subscribe to building or market updates, together with which buildings you chose to track. That's the whole list. We don't run advertising trackers and we don't sell or share subscriber data with anyone — not brokerages, not HOAs, not data brokers.
How it's used § 02
Your address is used to send the updates you asked for — typically one email per tracked building per month — plus rare service notices. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, which also deletes your address from our list. To have your data removed at any time, use that link or the contact page.
The boring parts § 03
Emails are delivered through a standard email service provider that processes addresses on our behalf under its own privacy commitments. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics may count page views without cookies or personal identification. This policy will be updated if practices change, with the date shown here. Effective: launch day.
