Method § M

Each figure is computed across all of a building's residential unit tax accounts (roll certified July 2026). Sales tempo counts recorded deed-transfer dates — arm's-length sales and other transfers alike. Homestead rate counts active exemptions. The combination index compares originally marketed unit counts against current accounts. Buildings outside Dallas County join as their rolls come online.
