Every correction and dataset update, in public. Registries die of staleness; this page is the pulse.

Building-file rework: M Central Residences, La Tour and Mercer Square Nov 3, 2026

M Central Residences (The Highland), La Tour and Mercer Square now carry six sourced sections each in place of the old repeated blocks. Sources: the DCAD 2026 certified export and each association's recorded management certificate on the Texas HOA registry (Dallas County Instruments 202500014873, 202400033385 and 202600023239). La Tour's floor count (24) was removed because no opened source supports it. Dataset version 2026-10.20; no county field values changed.

Building-file rework: Buzz Condos, The Athena and The Beat at South Side Station Nov 2, 2026

Buzz Condos, The Athena and The Beat at South Side Station now carry six sourced sections each in place of the old repeated blocks. Sources: the DCAD 2026 certified export and each association’s recorded management certificate on hoa.texas.gov (Dallas County Instruments 202500186211, 202400032224 and 202400092531). Corrections: the floor counts shown before for The Athena (22) and The Beat (8) are removed from the files and the open dataset because no opened source supports them; unsourced finish and amenity copy is gone. Dataset v2026-10.18.

Building-file rework: 1999 McKinney Oct 30, 2026

1999 McKinney now carries six sourced sections and the short shared footer, replacing the old repeated blocks. Sources: the DCAD 2026 and 2025 certified exports and the association’s management certificate on hoa.texas.gov (Dallas County Instrument 202400083912). Correction: the floor count shown before (18) is removed from the file, the comparison tables and the open dataset because no opened source supports it. The unit-ID series (04xx to 20xx in even steps) is not a floor count. Dataset v2026-10.18.

Building-file rework: 3525 Turtle Creek, Preston Tower, The Metropolitan and SoCo Urban Lofts Oct 29, 2026

3525 Turtle Creek, Preston Tower, The Metropolitan and SoCo Urban Lofts now carry six sourced sections each and the short shared footer, replacing the old repeated blocks. Sources: the DCAD 2026 and 2025 certified exports and each association’s management certificate on hoa.texas.gov (Dallas County Instruments 202400030297, 202600130844 and 202500268185; the 3525 certificate copy carries e-recording stamp RP-2024-83209). Corrections: the floor counts shown before (21, 29, 26 and 11) are removed from the four files, the comparison tables and the open dataset because no opened source supports them. The Metropolitan and SoCo Urban Lofts eras now read conv. 2005, the year each certificate gives for the recorded declaration. Preston Tower’s size range now starts at 50 sf and its median is 1,095 sf, recomputed over all 261 certified accounts (the roll includes 12 small A-series accounts). Dataset v2026-10.17.

Building-file rework: Park Towers Oct 28, 2026

Park Towers now carries six sourced sections and the short shared footer, replacing the old repeated blocks. Sources: the DCAD 2026 and 2025 certified exports and the association’s recorded management certificate on hoa.texas.gov (Dallas County Doc. 202400256821). The file now covers the 1988 condominium declaration and its twelve amendments, the 85-to-80 account change between rolls, the P-floor value band and the certificate fee list. The floor count shown before (20) is removed from the file, the biggest-condos, owner-occupied and Turtle Creek tables and the open dataset, because no source for it could be opened. The register now shows the 2026 median assessed $/sf ($315), and the title and description lead with the street address and 2026 DCAD figures; the URL is unchanged. Dataset v2026-10.16.

Building-file rework: Crestpark in Highland Park, The Wyndemere at Turtle Creek and The Sorrento Oct 27, 2026

Crestpark in Highland Park, The Wyndemere at Turtle Creek and The Sorrento now carry six sourced sections each and the short shared footer, replacing the old repeated blocks. Sources: the DCAD 2026 and 2025 certified exports and each association’s recorded management certificate on hoa.texas.gov (Dallas County Instruments 202600013957, 202600028138 and 202600023237). Crestpark’s file now explains its split by wing between the Town of Highland Park/HPISD (74 accounts) and the City of Dallas/DISD (52), and leaves its $1,000 guest-suite account out of the value figures. The floor counts shown before for Crestpark (10) and The Wyndemere (4) are removed from the files, the Highland Park ISD, biggest-condos and Turtle Creek tables and the open dataset, because no source for them could be opened. Registers now show the 2026 median assessed $/sf ($315, $345 and $315). Titles and descriptions on Crestpark, The Sorrento, Bleu Ciel and The Renaissance on Turtle Creek now lead with the street address and 2026 DCAD figures; URLs are unchanged. Dataset v2026-10.15.

Building-file rework: Twenty-One Turtle Creek Oct 26, 2026

Twenty-One Turtle Creek now carries six sourced sections and the short shared footer, replacing the old repeated blocks. Sources: the DCAD 2026 and 2025 certified exports and the association’s amended and restated management certificate (Dallas County Instr. 202600033547). The unsourced floor count (22) was removed here and in the Turtle Creek and under-$300K tables. The address stays 3883 Turtle Creek Blvd, the situs on all 310 county accounts; the certificate prints 3833. The compare tool’s building link was rewritten so crawlers no longer read its script template as a page URL.

Building-file rework: 1505 Elm, Centrum Tower and The Mayfair Oct 23, 2026

1505 Elm, Centrum Tower and The Mayfair now carry six sourced sections each and the short shared footer, replacing the old repeated blocks. Sources: the DCAD 2026 and 2025 certified exports and each association’s recorded management certificate on hoa.texas.gov (Dallas County Instruments 202600030123, 202600028667 and 202600013038). Corrections: 1505 Elm is 64 residential accounts on the 2026 certified roll, not 67 (the earlier count picked up three unrelated accounts), with its size minimum, bedroom and bath mix, homestead and owner-mail shares recomputed; the floor counts previously shown for 1505 Elm (16) and The Mayfair (24) are removed because no source for them could be opened. Registers now show the 2026 median assessed $/sf ($195, $328 and $425). Dataset v2026-10.13.

Building-file rework: Plaza at Turtle Creek II, Alix Condos and Avanti on Avondale Oct 22, 2026

Plaza at Turtle Creek II, Alix Condos and Avanti on Avondale now carry six sourced sections each (county record, values, history, plans, association and fees, taxing units) and the short shared footer, replacing the old repeated blocks and FAQ trio. Sources: the DCAD 2026 and 2025 certified exports and each association’s recorded management certificate on hoa.texas.gov (Dallas County Instruments 202400222178, 202600021495 and 202600037090). Each register now shows the median assessed $/sf from the 2026 roll ($490, $303 and $315). Titles and descriptions on eight building files (Museum Tower, The Terminal at Katy Trail, Hall Arts Residences, The House, Azure, The Residence at Turtle Creek, Colonnade at Turtle Creek, Park Plaza) now lead with the street address and 2026 DCAD figures; URLs are unchanged.

Building-file rework: The Renaissance on Turtle Creek, Woodshire Court and The Grand Treviso Oct 21, 2026

The Renaissance on Turtle Creek, Woodshire Court and The Grand Treviso now carry six sourced sections each (county record, values, history, plans, association and fees, taxing units) from the DCAD 2026 and 2025 certified exports and each association’s recorded management certificate on hoa.texas.gov. The Renaissance file now names Castle Group Texas as manager (amended certificate effective Nov 1, 2025), replacing FirstService Residential Texas. Its unsourced 16-floor count was removed from the file, the Turtle Creek and Katy Trail tables and the open dataset (v2026-10.12), because the county roll carries unit numbers into the 2200s and no official floor count was found.

Building-file rework: The Vendome, Turtle Creek North and The Beverly on Turtle Creek Oct 20, 2026

The Vendome, Turtle Creek North and The Beverly on Turtle Creek now carry six sourced sections each (county record, values, history, plans, association and fees, taxes) and the short shared footer, replacing the old repeated blocks, FAQ trio and disabled forms. Sources: the DCAD 2026 and 2025 certified exports and each association’s recorded management certificate (Dallas County Instruments 202400181720, 202600021685 and 202600016111). Each register now shows the median assessed $/sf from the 2026 roll ($667, $350 and $340).

Building-file rework: The Tower Residences (Ritz-Carlton), Park Plaza and The Residences at the Stoneleigh Oct 19, 2026

The Tower Residences (Ritz-Carlton), Park Plaza and The Residences at the Stoneleigh now carry six sourced sections each (county record, values, history, plans, association, taxes and tradeoffs) and the short shared footer, in place of the old repeated blocks, FAQ trio and disabled forms. Sources: the DCAD 2026 and 2025 certified exports and each association’s recorded management certificate (Dallas County Instruments 202600138661, 202500255620 and 202400028509). Correction: The Tower Residences file said the declaration had been amended nine times through 2019; the certificate’s attachment lists eleven amendments through October 2024, plus a 2017 corrective amendment. Park Plaza’s register now shows its 45 roll accounts and median assessed $/sf, and the file no longer calls the 2000 Park Ave regime by the same name (DCAD files it as Park Plaza Townhomes Condo).

Building-file rework: The Tower; loft-conversions list Oct 14, 2026

The Tower now carries six sourced sections (two condominium regimes, TAD 2026 values, the 1972 structure and 2005 declarations, both FirstService management certificates, taxing units, tradeoffs) and the short shared footer; the old update and report forms on the file are replaced by the links in that footer. Historic Buildings & Loft Conversions no longer shows a 35-floor count for The Tower, and its table row now carries the TAD 2026 median value, size and deed count. Dataset version 2026-10.11.

Building-file rework: Colonnade at Turtle Creek and The Warrington Oct 6, 2026

Colonnade at Turtle Creek and The Warrington now carry six sourced sections each (county record, values, history, plans, association, taxes and tradeoffs) and the short shared footer, in place of the old repeated blocks and forms. Sources: the DCAD 2026 and 2025 certified exports and each association’s recorded management certificate (Dallas County Instruments 202500079584 and 202500213980). The Warrington no longer shows a floor count, an architect or unattributed anecdotes; none had an official or reputable non-portal source. Its floor count is also removed from the Turtle Creek, Katy Trail and owner-occupied lists. Dataset version 2026-10.10. Same URLs.

Fix-list pass 2: The Tower, Schaumburg Lofts, Westside, Charleston Square Oct 6, 2026

The Tower no longer shows a floor count on its file, the Fort Worth and Downtown Fort Worth registry tables or the home page. Published sources give 35, 36 and 37, and floor counts appear here only from an official or reputable non-portal source. The 288 Tarrant Appraisal District 2026 unit accounts stay. Schaumburg Lofts is described as 8 townhomes in Near Southside on the hub, building list and compare tool, and it is off the historic loft conversions list. Westside Condominiums now states that it uses the DCAD 2026 situs address, 4605 Cedar Springs Rd, where the September 2026 management certificate misprints 605. Charleston Square no longer quotes the declaration’s volume and page until they are checked against the Dallas County Clerk’s recorded image. Six changelog entries dated only “Oct 2026” now carry their full date, Oct 3, 2026, from the site’s commit history. Dataset version 2026-10.9. Same URLs.

Open-data count corrected Oct 5, 2026

The open data page now states the current registry size, 94 buildings, and dataset version 2026-10.8, matching dallastowers-data.json. It had still read 88 (89 in its dataset description) from before the October building files. Same URL; no other figures changed.

Four new building files Oct 3, 2026

Added Tribeca (Oak Lawn, 60 DCAD accounts), Charleston Square (Uptown, 48), Grammercy Place (Knox / Katy Trail, 31) and Residences of Museum Place (Cultural District, 39 TAD accounts). Registry now 94 files (71 Dallas, 20 Fort Worth, 3 beyond); 67 county-filed with 6,206 unit accounts; median assessed value $551,150, typical unit 1,646 sf, 555 trailing-year transfers. Dallas, Fort Worth, Uptown / Victory Park, neighborhoods, market data and compare updated; dataset v2026-10.8. Fixed malformed markup on the Fort Worth Near Southside district card.

New building files: Vine Condominiums, Westside Condominiums, Topaz Townhomes Condominiums Oct 3, 2026

Three new files on the short-footer template: Vine Condominiums (3210 Carlisle St, Uptown; 51 DCAD accounts), Westside Condominiums (4605 Cedar Springs Rd, Oak Lawn; 63) and Topaz Townhomes Condominiums (2201 Wolf St, Uptown; 98). Each is sourced to the DCAD 2026 certified roll and the association’s management certificates on the Texas HOA registry; floors, developer and dues are blank because no allowed source states them. The registry now holds 90 files (68 Dallas · 19 Fort Worth · 3 beyond), 64 of them county-filed with 6,067 unit accounts; registry medians are assessed $551,840, unit 1,627 sf, owner-mail share 77%. Updated: home, buildings, Dallas, neighborhoods, market data, Uptown & Victory Park, collections, the eleven collection and district pages that carry the registry comparison, Condos Under $300K (Westside), Owner-Occupied Buildings and Biggest Condos (Vine), compare data, sitemap and dataset v2026-10.7.

Art House at So7: 64 TAD accounts, not 65 Oct 3, 2026

The file’s header sections counted 65 residential accounts; the 2026-values section counted 64. TAD’s 2026 residential file lists one 2608 Museum Way account (41082885, lot 3215) on two identical rows. Counted once, the roll has 64 class A accounts (53 at 2608, 8 at 2604, 3 at 2600) plus the $1 common-area parcel. Corrected the register, meta description, sections 01–05 (median $332,741; six deeds after July 24, 2025; 22 homes at 1,730 sf in 2608), the dataset record and the Fort Worth hub, buildings list and compare data (Fort Worth units 1,189 → 1,188).

Building-file rework, batch 1, and a methodology page Oct 3, 2026

Six building files were rewritten around their own records: The Travis at Katy Trail, Art House at So7, 588 Lofts, Bleu Ciel, The Terminal at Katy Trail and Museum Tower. Each now covers the county record, value range, year built and history, the association from its recorded management certificate, and taxing units, with a source line on every section. The repeated method, document, signup and update blocks moved to one methodology page, and every building file now ends with a short sources footer. Removed as unsourced: Museum Tower’s systems, amenity, elevator and parking specifications; Bleu Ciel’s penthouse-terrace description; Art House’s finish description; and the floor counts on Art House and 588 Lofts. Turtle Creek’s account total on market data is corrected to 1,846.

Fix-list pass: prices, dues, tax districts and counts (correction #22) Oct 3, 2026

A full pass through the open fix list. Removed: homepage “From $” prices; Avg $/sf and dues columns; every HOA-dues figure not backed by an association document (dues panels now read “not on file”); unsourced resale ranges on Live Oak, Lakeside and the converted-buildings guide; the FHA approval lines and the four FEMA Zone AE lines, which we could not re-verify; Bleu Ciel’s “over 85% sold”; Museum Tower’s “only residential high-rise”; unattributed “originally marketed” counts; floor counts with no source on Le Bijou, The Belvedere and One Arts Plaza; the “loft conversion” label on The Terminal at Katy Trail; and Omni’s unattributed 97-residence figure.

Corrected: 2505 Turtle Creek Blvd (“LTD Edition 2505”) is Vivante Turtle Creek, a senior assisted-living building on one commercial DCAD account. It is now a noindex correction page and off every hub, the dataset and the sitemap; the registry holds 87 files (65 Dallas · 19 Fort Worth · 3 beyond). Tax districts: Crestpark (split Highland Park/HPISD and Dallas/DISD), The Shelton (Dallas + Highland Park ISD), Grand Treviso (Irving + Irving ISD), Bonaventure (Dallas + Dallas ISD) and Lakeside Tower (Tarrant County, Flower Mound, Lewisville ISD). Lone Star Tower’s jurisdiction is now “not on file” until we can source it. Schaumburg Lofts is eight new-build townhomes (TAD; Near Southside, Inc.), not a loft conversion. County counts replace narrative counts on Omni (82, floors 16–33), Neil P (54), Texas & Pacific (229), Art House (65), Le Bijou (13 accounts on 14 lots), One Arts Plaza (57), Hall Arts (48; the developer markets 50), 1999 McKinney, La Tour, Gold Crest, Preston Tower, the Renaissance, SoCo, the Vendome, the Warrington, the Claridge and Crestpark. Header years now follow the county roll on nine buildings. One Montgomery Plaza’s largest unit is 4,918 sf (TAD), not ≈6,600. Katy Trail length is 3.5 miles (Friends of the Katy Trail). Pending-verification text on Fort Worth files is replaced with county value ranges.

Tarrant roll & association section: One Montgomery Plaza Residences Oct 3, 2026

Added a Tarrant roll, association and who-it-suits section to the One Montgomery Plaza Residences file, sourced to TAD’s 2026 residential file and the association’s January 2026 management certificate on the Texas HOA registry. No prices or listing data; dues stay pending.

County record & association section: The Belvedere Oct 3, 2026

New section on The Belvedere (2305 Worthington St, 90 DCAD accounts) with DCAD’s 2026 and 2025 certified figures and the association’s recorded certificate from the Texas HOA registry. No prices, listings or portal data; dues stay pending.

Head-to-head comparisons launched Oct 3, 2026

Two new comparison files: Bleu Ciel vs Azure, from Dallas CAD’s 2026 and 2025 certified rolls, and The Tower vs Omni Fort Worth Residences, from the Tarrant Appraisal District’s 2026 residential file. Both also draw on Texas HOA registry certificates. They’re linked from the compare tool, the Uptown & Victory Park and Downtown Fort Worth district files, and all four building files. The Tower comparison uses the corrected 288 TAD unit accounts and Omni’s 1301 Throckmorton St address.

Association & documents sections, batch 3b Oct 3, 2026

New association, management and governing-document sections on The Tower Residences (Ritz-Carlton), La Tour, The Renaissance on Turtle Creek, Hall Arts Residences, The Wyndemere at Turtle Creek. Each one comes from Texas HOA registry management certificates, including the June 2026 Tower and Regency Row restated certificate, the Renaissance’s move to Castle Group and Arts Residences’ move to WRMC, and from DCAD’s 2026 and 2025 certified exports. No prices, listings or portal data; dues stay pending.

Association & documents sections, batch 3a Oct 3, 2026

New association and governing-document sections on Park Highlander, Park Plaza, 2011 Cedar Springs Lofts, The House, built from Texas HOA registry management certificates and DCAD’s 2026 and 2025 certified exports. Park Plaza also gets its county figures, plus a note on the Highland Park ISD collection page saying DCAD places it in the Town of Highland Park and HPISD. No prices, listings or portal data; dues stay pending.

County-record fixes, part 2 (correction #21) Oct 3, 2026

Schaumburg Lofts and Dickson Jenkins Lofts are now filed under Near Southside, and Park Plaza under Highland Park (Town of Highland Park per DCAD). They have been taken off the Downtown FW and Turtle Creek hubs. Versailles (7 units at 410–422 Mills St) and 959 West Bluff (4 units) are relabeled as boutique condominiums, not mid-rises. The Tarrant roll records no floor count for either. Omni Fort Worth Residences now shows 83 TAD residential accounts, with the stated 97 attributed. One Museum Place shows 35. The Belvedere now shows 90 DCAD accounts at 2305 Worthington St, replacing 102 and the missing address. The DCAD year built is now used for The House (2007, was 2010) and Hall Arts Residences (2017, was 2020). One Montgomery Plaza: TAD’s 245 accounts cover 240 units, because five units are split into undivided-interest accounts. The Tower: built 1972 per TAD, and the building cites 1974. Colonnade at Turtle Creek: the stats are recomputed on all 48 accounts (median assessed $290,075, about 50% homestead). On the Downtown Fort Worth page, the unsourced Avg $/sf column, the Sundance Square premium line and the “low $200s/sf” claim are gone. Its counts are recomputed, and the Neil P, T&P and Omni year and floor figures now match their files. Sources: TAD 2026 roll, DCAD 2026 certified roll.

County-record fixes (correction #20) Oct 3, 2026

Downtown Fort Worth: removed a Katy Trail and Klyde Warren pricing paragraph that belonged to Dallas, and corrected the roster rows for The Tower, Omni and Le Bijou. The Tower: 288 residential accounts on the Tarrant Appraisal District 2026 roll, replacing 300 (the building's website lists 298); 35 floors throughout. Le Bijou: 13 residential accounts on 14 platted lots per TAD 2026 (lots 6 and 7 are one home), replacing 14; the roster's 309 Main St, 6 floors and 24 units were wrong. Omni Fort Worth Residences: one address everywhere, 1301 Throckmorton St (TAD situs). Colonnade at Turtle Creek: 48 accounts on the DCAD 2026 roll, including unit 105 filed as “Colonade”. The Knox Residences: 47 condominiums per the developer's February 18, 2026 release, replacing 48. Addresses, years and county account counts from DCAD and TAD 2026 were added to ten of the eleven files that lacked an address or were pending verification. Park Plaza's tax line now names the Town of Highland Park and Highland Park ISD, and LTD Edition 2505 notes that DCAD carries a single commercial account. The Lakeside Tower is in Denton County and stays pending.

Main 7 removed from the registry (correction #19) Oct 3, 2026

Main 7 was filed as a boutique condominium in Downtown Fort Worth. The Tarrant Appraisal District 2026 roll shows it is the Main 7 Townhome Addition: 53 townhome lots in Arlington, TX 76013, built 2021–2023. A townhome subdivision outside Dallas and Fort Worth is outside this condo registry, so it is off the Fort Worth and Downtown FW hubs, the building index, compare, comparable-building lists, the dataset, and the sitemap. The registry then held 88 files (66 Dallas · 19 Fort Worth · 3 beyond). The Main 7 URL stays live with the correction and is no longer indexed.

Roll-movement sections, batch 2 Oct 3, 2026

New “who it suits” sections added to Mercer Square, Colonnade at Turtle Creek, Bleu Ciel, The Knox Residences (Auberge). The Mercer Square, Colonnade and Bleu Ciel sections compare unit accounts across DCAD's 2025 and 2026 certified rolls. The Colonnade section records a 48th residential account (unit 105, filed under the spelling “Colonade”) that the existing register doesn't count. The Knox section summarizes the developer's February 18, 2026 topping-out release, which lists 47 condominiums against the register's 48. Existing copy on these files is unchanged.

Roll-movement sections, batch 1 Oct 3, 2026

New “who it suits” sections added to The Travis at Katy Trail, Art House at So7, 588 Lofts. Each section compares unit accounts across the 2025 and 2026 certified rolls (Dallas Central Appraisal District, or Tarrant Appraisal District for Art House), and names the tradeoff specific to that building. Sources are listed in each section. Existing copy on these files is unchanged.

FHA approval layer + photo round 3 Aug 2026

Every county-tracked building now shows its FHA condominium-approval status, checked against HUD’s active-approvals database for Dallas and Tarrant counties: three registry buildings are approved — the Metropolitan (1200 Main), Texas & Pacific Lofts, and Buzz Condos — and the rest carry a plan-on-conventional-financing note. Approvals expire; verify current status with HUD. A systematic 80-building imagery sweep added one rights-clean photograph (1999 McKinney, CC BY) and rejected five false matches; openly licensed coverage now stands at ten buildings.

FEMA flood-zone layer Aug 2026

All geocodable buildings (73) now carry a FEMA National Flood Hazard Layer zone on their intelligence file. Four Turtle Creek-corridor buildings sit in mapped Zone AE — the Warrington, the Renaissance, Parkside, and Mansion Residences — where lenders typically require flood insurance; the other 69 map to Zone X. Point-of-address queries; formal determinations govern.

Correction #20 — combination-index source data Aug 2026

An internal data-restoration gap dropped original-marketed-unit counts from the working dataset; combination figures were re-verified against campaign research and restored for five buildings (3525 Turtle Creek’s 200→93 now the corridor’s deepest absorption on file), with an automated census guard added so silent field loss now fails the build. Buildings without a verified original count simply omit the figure.

Q3 Tower Report + Museum Tower dues Aug 2026

First quarterly Dallas Tower Report published from the certified roll. Museum Tower HOA rate verified at ~$1.34/sf/mo from a 2026 listing disclosure — the flagship's carrying cost now computes to roughly $8,900/month at the median residence.

Dues sweep + city pages rebuilt Aug 2026

Numeric dues rates added for seven more buildings - Twenty-One Turtle Creek ($0.88/sf, consistent across three 2026 listing disclosures), 3525 Turtle Creek, and the Claridge listing-verified; Live Oak, Grand Treviso, Lake Cliff, and Lone Star derived from previously verified monthly ranges and labeled approximate. Carrying-cost panels now render on each. Dallas and Fort Worth city pages rebuilt from the dataset, replacing early placeholder cards and unverified district statistics with county-computed medians and working links.

Collections launched Aug 2026

Nine attribute collections - pets, HPISD zoning, STR rules, under-$300K, Katy Trail, owner-occupancy, big homes, conversions, hotel-serviced.

Community layer, tier two Aug 2026

Dated 2026 Dallas calendar (Klyde Warren series, Farmers Market weekends); per-building 'Around the building' notes on 34 files; Katy Trail corrected to 4.4 miles (correction #18; superseded by correction #22, which restores 3.5 miles per Friends of the Katy Trail).

Building reports Aug 2026

Full downloadable report generated for all 89 buildings from the certified county dataset.

The county sweep Jul-Aug 2026

Dallas CAD 2026 certified roll processed in full: certified unit counts, sizes, values, and homestead rates on 50 buildings. Collin and Denton rolls swept; Windrose Tower removed as leased (correction #17); the Lakeside Tower county puzzle documented.

Corrections 1-16 Jul 2026

Duplicates merged, six rentals pruned, two ghost buildings removed, districts corrected (Sorrento to Preston Hollow), years corrected against county record (Crestpark 1950), and the Colonnade found under its true spelling.

Registry founded Jul 2026

89 buildings across Dallas, Fort Worth, and beyond; 78 verified at open.
