A 1972 declaration and amendments in 1972, 2001 and 2004 § 04

Athena Condominiums is a regime created by the Condominium Declaration for Athena Condominium, recorded June 13, 1972 as Document 197200357960 in Dallas County’s real property records; the same document carries the plat, pages 22 through 239. A First Amendment followed on August 10, 1972 (Document 197200398282), then partial amendments on March 6, 2001 (Document 200101304044) and March 11, 2004 (Document 200402796310).

DCAD dates every unit to 1966, six years before the declaration, so the tower predates its condominium regime.
