A $375 transfer fee plus a utility deposit § 05

Mercer Square’s transfer table: resale disclosure package $375; certificate update $75; optional rush fee of $450 for three business days or expedited fee of $500 for one, each on top of the package; transfer fee $375; working-capital contribution of two months’ assessments.

One line is unusual: a utility deposit, paid by the seller, that varies with usage. Sellers should expect it on the closing statement. The assessment amount is not on the certificate, so dues remain blank here.
