Ninety-five accounts filed under nine spellings § 02
At 3030 McKinney Ave, ZIP 75204, the 2026 certified roll carries 95 residential accounts. The legal name is typed nine ways, most often “Latour Condominiums” (36) and “Latour Condominium” (27), with “La Tour” variants on the rest; all point to Block 2/638 and Lots 5–9 and 12–16. Search both spellings when pulling records.
Every account is dated 1981 with solid-masonry exterior walls, no TIF district and Dallas ISD. Unit IDs run 0101 to 2304. The 24-floor figure this file used to show had no opened source and is removed; four 23xx units are the only accounts DCAD codes as two-story homes.
