Built in 2000, declared in June 2002, amended twice § 03

DCAD gives every account a 2000 year built. The association’s certificate cites the Condominium Declaration for 1999 McKinney, a Condominium, recorded June 13, 2002 in Volume 2002115, Page 00068 of the Dallas County Real Property Records. An amendment followed on November 25, 2002 (Volume 2002230, Page 05174) and a second amendment on May 5, 2004 (Volume 2004087, Page 00073).

The oldest deed still on the 2026 roll is dated August 21, 2002, two months after the declaration, and five accounts have not changed hands since 2002 or 2003. Read both amendments with the declaration before relying on any rule from it.
